Returns Policy

✅ Eligibility

• Item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

• All original packaging (tags, dust bag, installation materials) must be included.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Non-refundable costs

• Original shipping fees, duties, or taxes are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

💳 Refund process

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued back to your Bank Account (please allow up to 10 days for your bank to reflect it).

🔄 Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, simply return your order and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or wrong item?

• If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us first via WhatsApp (+6010 293 9928) with photos of the issue. Don’t worry about sending anything back until we guide you—we aim to make it hassle-free for you. 💕
