Is this an original Rimowa product?

No dear 😊 This is a premium luggage protector specially designed to fit Rimowa luggage models. It is not manufactured by Rimowa.

What does the color option refer to?

The protector itself is Transparent PVC. The selected color refers to the zipper color only ✨

Is the protector transparent or colored?

All our protectors are made from transparent PVC. Your luggage color remains visible while the zipper color adds a stylish matching touch 🥰

Does the protector affect luggage usage?

Not at all. You can still use the handles, wheels, TSA lock and zipper normally without removing the protector.

How durable is the protector?

Our protectors are made with thick transparent PVC designed to help reduce scratches, scuffs and daily wear during travel.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to your Rimowa collection, size and model number (e.g. 92553, 83253).

🛠 Installation

Is installation difficult?

Not at all 😊 Installation sheets are included and we will provide an installation video after purchase.

Why does the protector look wrinkled after installation?

This is normal. The protector is folded during shipping. Use the included installation sheets and gently apply warm air from a hair dryer to smooth out wrinkles.

Can I remove and reinstall it?

Yes. The protector can be removed and reinstalled carefully when needed.

Do you have ready stock?

Most popular models are available in ready stock. Some variants may be preorder.

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia: 1–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–10 business days

How long is preorder?

Preorder typically takes around 2 weeks depending on production and shipping schedules.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we mainly serve customers within Malaysia. Please contact us if you require international shipping.

Yes 😊 As long as the item is unused, in original condition and meets our return policy requirements.
